Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account, or by using Evarith in Guest Mode, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Evarith.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country, to create an Evarith account. If your country sets a lower age of digital consent, you may use Evarith at that age only with the permission of a parent or guardian.

Accounts and Guest Mode

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your password secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission. Usernames must follow the format rules shown at sign-up and cannot be a reserved name.

Guest Mode lets you use Notes without an account. Guest Mode content lives only in your browser; we cannot back it up, sync it, or recover it for you.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Evarith for anything unlawful, or that infringes someone else’s rights.
• Upload content that is illegal, harassing, or that you do not have the right to share.
• Try to gain unauthorized access to another account, or to any part of Evarith’s systems.
• Interfere with the normal operation of Evarith, such as by overloading it or bypassing rate limits.
• Use Evarith to build a directly competing product by scraping or reverse-engineering it.

Your content

You own the notes, journal entries, tasks, messages, videos, and other content you create in Evarith. You give us only the limited license needed to store it, back it up, and display it back to you (and, for Rooms, to the people you send it to). We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it to train AI models.

AI features

Ask, Capture, and Journal’s reflection and transcription features use AI models to generate responses from what you submit. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Do not treat it as medical, legal, or financial advice, and check anything important before you rely on it.

Third-party services

Some Evarith features depend on services we do not control, such as Google or Apple sign-in, Notion, weather and map data sources, and TMDB. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of those services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

Moderation and removal

Where Evarith lets you share content with others, such as in Guides, Rooms, or Stream, we may hide or remove content that violates these terms, without prior notice.

Termination

You may stop using Evarith and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, or that we reasonably believe puts other users or the service at risk.

Disclaimers

Evarith is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. Data shown in apps such as India, Weather, or Markets comes from third-party or community sources and is for information only, not an authoritative or official figure.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Evarith and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, including loss of data such as Guest Mode content that was never sent to our servers.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. This does not remove any protection that the mandatory law of your own country of residence gives you.

Changes to these terms

If we make a material change to these terms, we will update the effective date above and, where the change is significant, tell you inside the app before it takes effect. Continued use of Evarith after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
